Hexens needs an Office Manager (full-time).
Main requirements
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English
- Great communication skills
- Knowledge of the market of services in Yerevan
Required qualifications and skills

WHAT’S THE JOB?
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
- Greeting visitors
- Organisation of business lunches
- Coordinating travel, including flight, hotel, and visa issues
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts
- Assistance in organizing corporate events
- Monitoring of quality of services provided (cleaning, supply of goods and services)
- Monitoring of payments in-time
- 8-hour working day from Monday to Friday
