The official closing ceremony of the training phase of the program entitled "Information about the country of origin in the context of asylum decision procedures" took place in the courtroom of the Faculty of Law of YSU.

Within the framework of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) International Science and Technology Initiative (MISTI) Global Teaching Labs (GTL) program Yerevan State University (YSU) hosted three students back in January this year for the first time. MIT students Yu Jing Chen, Anne Snyder, and Sean Zhang taught three different subjects and held hands-on workshops for YSU students.

The winter school "Armenia in the regional and global context" organized by the initiative of Yerevan State University and Paris "SciencesPo" University has been launched, in which 20 university students participate.

The monograph of Dr. Sc. (Phys-Math) Professor Yuri Movsisyan, Honorary Head of the YSU Algebra and Geometry Chair and President of the Armenian Mathematical Union (AMU), entitled "Hyperidentities: Boolean and De Morgan Structures" was published in English by World Scientific Publishing.

As a result of the "Ph.D. Students and Young Applicants Research Support Program-2022" competition, funding was guaranteed for YSU Chemistry Faculty graduate student Tigran Yeganyan's "Catalysts for asymmetric domino reactions initiated by the mercapto group. Synthesis and activity study" research topic.

On December 8, students who successfully completed the "HELP" course at YSU European Studies Center received certificates.

The YSU delegation participated in the discussion on "Possibilities of using geo-information technologies in the assessment and preservation of the state of historical and cultural heritage values" held at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Kingdom of Spain), during which various reports related to the cultural heritage of a number of countries were presented.

With the joint efforts of the YSU International Cooperation Department and the German Embassy in RA, an informative meeting was organized regarding the "International Parliamentary Scholarship" program of the German Bundestag.

The YSU Graduate and Career Center cooperates with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, which has developed a professional training and employment provision program to assist students who participated in the war in finding employment.

The annual scientific session of graduate students and applicants of the YSU Faculty of Law was launched, during which the results of their scientific works were summarized and discussed.
