The opening of the park dedicated to the memory of the YSU students killed in the 44-day Artsakh war took place in YSU yard today.

Representatives of the administrative-teaching staff of the university and students took part in the tree planting in the yard of the university.

In a conversation with us, the Dean of YSU Faculty of Geography and Geology Marat Grigoryan emphasized that the heroic deeds of brave university students will never be forgotten, who did not hesitate for a second to dedicate their lives to the defense of the homeland. "YSU always keeps in its focus the mission of keeping the memory of the fallen freedom fighters alive, our today's initiative is aimed at that."
