The sketch of YSU central building is expressed in the center of Yerevan State University coat of arms, on top is Ararat Mountain, an opened book below, and the torch in the left side symbolizes science. It has round configuration with inscription (Armenian, English), “Yerevan State University, 1919”.

YSU anthem was created on May, 2004. The authors of YSU anthem are the president of Armenian Composers Union, composer Robert Amirkhanyan and poet Hovik Hoveyan.

The flag of Yerevan State University is blue, edges are golden fridges and in the center there is the gold-colored emblem of YSU. The length and width size relation is 1:2.
